Below are the highlights of the interview conducted between Swiftnlift Business Magazine and BruteSquad Services. BruteSquad Services was founded by Rajshi Sanjava in the year 2013. We are glad to share this exclusive conversation with all the readers.

Would you tell us about your company? Its vision and mission.

BruteSquad Services provides all forms of software development including web, windows and mobile application development. We have been operating in the market since 2013 and have an excellent vision of finding effective solutions in every sector. This Information Technology Company is active with a vision to reduce cost and enhance efficiency in the field of Retail and maritime IT. Our mission is to connect our clients with their audiences in the most direct and engaging way possible: through the devices that people keep with them at all times. The brain of our company is our strategy unit, which hosts some of the best and brightest planners and BI experts.

How do you stay on top of changes in the process, changes in thought of industries that you are going to look at more now?

Instead of working the traditional way for a solution that requires a lot of efforts to make a solution we use the existing framework and solutions and customize it so that development time is less and delivery time is less which reduced the cost for our clients.

Major breakthrough we got by making PWA apps (Progressive web apps) which is responsive, no app download required, cloud-based hosting and software as a service because of that every client just pays a fee per user instead of paying for the entire solution. PWA single solution can replace 3 different requirements (Website, Android app, iOS app) which make its development and maintenance very fast and cost-effective. It reduces cost by 80%. PWA works on very light internet connectivity as well as in offline mode which makes it very useful in the maritime sector where the internet is not stable and very costly. Our eNauka and OrderNow24 platforms are based on PWA tech.

What might you find when you are looking at the overall process where something simple might have been stalling it?

Lack of process or miss-communication and mostly assumed default behaviour from team/client.

What are your views on today’s industry scenario? What is your strategy to reach new industries and new customers?

Looking at the last 12 to18 months mostly time is tough and defiantly it impacts everyone, we mostly focus on two solutions:

1. InspectNow which is B2B and used for inspection and audit in maritime and another sector, Mostly expansion if referral base.

2. OrderNow24 is an aggregator solution for restaurants and that’s B2C where its mostly social media promotion and again mouth to mouth publicity is the best tool so far for us

How do you work on making the industry better? What can be expected from you in the upcoming years?

Making cost-effective and making better and efficient and transparent process by proving software as services like InspectNow and OrderNow24 is the main focus on the upcoming year.

Tell us about the founder. What were the impediments faced at the time of inception?

Everyone has to go through some constraints, in any form of business. Similarly for me leaving high pay job and getting into business has been always difficult.

Managing cash flow is always a difficult task for any new start-up. Either you dilute your company high stack in a few lakhs or generate a breakeven point earlier to sustain long. I tried to get software projects which generate regular cash flow and I reinvested in company SaaS solution like InspectNow and OrderNow24 instead of focusing on short term profit.
