About the Founder
Since 2003, Kanupriya been working with women to improve their nutritional intake to help them lose weight and conceive, improve the pre and postnatal health of mother and child, and work with mothers and children to create healthier eating habits with fewer restrictions and interruptions. She is a pioneer in the science of healthy eating, using fresh ingredients and foods that are readily available and can be easily integrated into everyday life.
She is a mother of two children herself and understands children’s health needs and desires very well. To begin instilling healthy and nutritious eating habits with her family, she combined her education and experience with experiments in the kitchen and Karamele, a variety of healthy muesli for breakfast, snack bars, etc. was born. With Karamele, Kanupriya is spreading her knowledge and passion for healthy eating to anyone who wants to live a healthier and happier life.
Kanupriya is one of the best dieticians in Delhi. After completing her Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics from SNDT University, Mumbai, Kanupriya went to King’s College London, where she earned her Masters in Nutrition. Selecting world-class institutions for education, his nearly 20 years of experience has been developed in the country’s leading healthcare facilities, including Bombay Hospital, Hinduja Hospital (Mumbai), Jaslok Hospital (Mumbai), and as Chief Dietitian at Fortis La Femme (New Delhi).

To work with young women, would-be mothers, and children in improving nutrition intake and dietary habits, keeping in mind individual needs and family setups so that there is no disruption to daily life. Nutritious means of satisfying food cravings are also made available.
Karamele was born from the attempts of nutritionist and dietician Kanpuriya Khanna to bring healthy sweets to meals and family gatherings. In due course, he presented these handmade sweets to his patients; it was her attempt to help them adopt a healthier lifestyle while satisfying their cravings for sweets. Today, Karamele has gone from being just healthy desserts to including bread, cookies, granola, and ice cream in its range.
At Karamele, care is paramount, which is why all foods are produced and packaged internally. Every aspect of the overall process is personally supervised by Kanpuriya herself.
