    One of the major challenges Indian corporate sector companies are facing today is the quantity deficit of the qualified and experienced applicants. The talent war is adding to the complexity. The technological advancements have made this talent war worse. Manpower Talent Shortage Survey, a global survey of employers, says that 48 percent of the respondents based in India reported difficulty finding qualified candidates for their managerial positions.
