What does digital mean?
For some administrative, digital is about technology. For others, digital is a new way of engaging with customers. And for others still, it represents an entirely new way of doing business. None of these definitions is necessarily incorrect. Digital describes electronic technology that generates, stores, and processes data in terms of two states: positive and non-positive. Positive (represented as 1) and non-positive (represented as 0). These values, called bits, are combined to form bytes that serve as the foundation for all computer systems.
How did India become digital?
Digital India was launched by the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi on 1 July 2015, to connect rural areas with a high-speed internet connection to improve digital literacy and to improve the economy. The Government of India’s launch Bharat Broadband Network Limited (BBNL) which executes the BharatNet project is the custodian of Digital India (DI) project.

In India, the food industry is made up of vegetables, fruits, milk and milk products, chocolate, chick and meat, fishery, and sweetmeat. The food industry is growing day by day. The country also has a strong place in the production of prepared food that has expanded in the last few years. Modern smart factories of food processing are adopting digital transformation in their manufacturing by adding the latest digital technology consisting of advanced robotics and artificial intelligence, hi-tech sensors, cloud computing, data capture and analytics, 3D printers, software-as-a-service, and other advanced marketing models.

Infrastructure development is a gate to create smart cities equipped with airports, schools, transport facilities, highways, and hospitals. For the growth of any modern industry and to reach its welfare in the rural areas, infrastructure is important. We all know the hotel industry, tourism, and e-commerce industries have been immense growth in the past few years.
- Financial Industry: India’s mobile payment system is now one of the most advanced in the world. Payment has become so easy and fast recently, and it’s becoming easy that now we don’t need to swipe ATM cards, one tap is just we have to do because of the tremendous growth of digital payment. Now we can do a medical test by sitting at home without going out, this is how digitally we are growing.
