VIZISTA ASSOCIATES & Vizista Foods & Condiments Pvt. Ltd (Vision and Mission)

Vizista Foods & Condiments Pvt. Ltd. headed by Tinto George, specializes in quality handling of food and food-related products.

Vision –

Quality Life through Quality Products

Mission –

Passion with perfection & excellence.

We started Vizista Associates in 2014 intending to bring quality to goods and services for the benefit of clients & consumers.

‘We achieve perfection through a systematic amalgamation of passion and technical excellence.’

Our journey commenced with the trading of spices along with other businesses in 2016. Initially, the spices in our supply chain would be procured from local traders repacked, and sold. Eventually, we noticed the presence of numerous additives such as artificial preservatives, colors, and chemicals to keep the freshness, appearance, and flavor of the spices intact. Hence, we explored Kerala in the pursuit of farmers who produced spices and condiments at the grass-root level. In the process, we networked with more than 200 farmers and started collecting fresh and flavorful spices without preservatives and added chemicals. Our spider-web-like network with farmers helped us procure the best spices in the market while ensuring that these farmers got their fair share of return for the quality they produced. A systematic assortment of the spices for size was then carried out after which they were thoroughly cleaned to ensure that our customers got the best available in the market. Mr. Tinto George Managing Director In 2021 we worked on expansion by establishing Vizista Foods & Condiments Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company exclusively for handling food and food-related products. Today, we produce Masalas, Curry Powders, Chips & Frozen food products on a large scale. We have kept our spices free of preservatives, chemicals and added colors at the expense of their shelf life. However, we make sure no consumer regrets their decision of choosing products from Vizista.

How do you stay on top of changes in the process, changes in thought of industries that you are going to look at more now?

Although the market price of products increases proportionally with their quality, yet we do not compromise on them as we give priority to health. We don’t believe in making sales in huge quantity but we believe in selling good quality at a better price. Finding the right market and product is also crucial. Despite the roadblocks in the marketing of our brand, we gained extremely loyal customers owing to the exceptional quality of our products and our standards. Food and Food products always have a great demand in the market provided you give them the best quality. Introducing our product into the market has been our greatest challenge.

Even though we began operations with spices like Cardamom, Pepper, Clove, Mace, Fennel, Star Anise, Cinnamon we further expanded our business to include production and sale of powders like Chilly, Pepper, Turmeric, Coriander, Garam Masala, Sambar Masala, and Meat Masala along with authentic chips of different varieties. Our next step will be exporting frozen food products with a long shelf life without compromising on the taste. We are planning to bring out a variety of products in this line and we welcome investors who wish to extend a helping hand.

What inspires you to come up with VIZISTA FOODS & CONDIMENTS PVT LTD?

I started my career in 2008 in Administration & Business Development. As part of my job, I traveled to different countries like Australia, Ecuador, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, and Oman whence I discovered the curiosity of people in spices with great quality and flavor. I also noticed that good quality products always had a good demand in the market. As part of my job profile, I also came to manage a Café in Chennai named Ahaava, India which introduced me to food processing and quality control. Starting my own business was always been my dream as I have witnessed a lot of successful entrepreneurs. I started business on a smaller scale in 2014. Finding funds for the business was a big dilemma so I continued working as an employee which helped me support my business. In 2020 I quit my job and dedicated myself to my dream journey. Making Vizista a brand name is my dream and I have a lot of community-oriented projects in my mind. Rather than being an ordinary entrepreneur, I desire to become a visionary whose footsteps are followed by the generations to come.

When you choose Vizista you are selecting the quality that we promised. We choose to harbor a long-term relationship with our customers by delivering the best quality products which won’t deter their health. By choosing Vizista you are also supporting a great group of the farming community as well as the 4000 resellers who are directly selling our products. By selling our products, these resellers are getting revenue to support their families. A part of our profit share also goes towards the education of financially backward children.

Explain the VIZISTA FOODS & CONDIMENTS PVT LTD – Founder/ CEO’s journey till date, and how VIZISTA FOODS & CONDIMENTS PVT LTD tackled any initial struggles?

Vizista Associates was established in 2014. The word ‘’Vizista’’ means special and we make sure that we serve with Special Quality for the Special People. Being in the business was hard especially when it’s not inherited. The transition from Vizista Associates to Vizista Foods & Condiments Pvt. Ltd. was not easy as was expected earlier. Up until 2020, it was a one-man show. I had to endure sleepless nights and work stress, think about pending payments, and keep my morale up. The only dream I had was to excel with quality. A lot of situations demotivated me making me chaotic and unsure about my actions. After a consecutive trial of disappointments and failures, I finally came to terms with the reality and achieved success. The first buy is what we treasure a lot, now we sell across 70 places throughout the world and plan to expand more. Finding investors and funding was the greatest hurdle we faced. As we work on very low profit for expansion, we need external funding. Also finding buyers abroad was tough for us.

What will you suggest to our readers to achieve success in their desired field?

The fear of failure and facing risk is what’s holding many potential people from achieving success in their desired field. Entrepreneurship is not a cakewalk; we fail actually when we back off from our dreams. I have faced a lot of humiliation and failures in life but the determination of being successful is what should drive us all. As I read somewhere each failure is an experience and new learning on how you shouldn’t be. Think positive and walk slow and steadily to your dreams. Year of Founding: 2014 Funding Information: Started with a capital of 1 lakh rupees and now expanding on the profit coming from business. We actively are looking for Investors, Sale & Distribution for our further expansion
